"After leaving this review, the situation escalated in a very concerning way. The agent who owns this State Farm office contacted a separate State Farm office where my girlfriend works and implied that her job could be affected if I did not remove my one-star review.
This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Attempting to pressure someone into removing a review by involving a third party’s employment is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about ethics and business practices.
On top of that, I still have not heard back from the appropriate office regarding how they plan to resolve the issue on my account. A life insurance policy was opened under my name, and instead of receiving answers or a resolution, I am now dealing with retaliation and a lack of communication.
What started as a poor customer service experience has now turned into something much more serious. Instead of addressing the issue, this office chose to escalate it in a way that feels retaliatory and intimidating.
I am documenting this publicly because this type of behavior should not be ignored. Customers should be able to share their experiences and get answers without fear of retaliation."
