"Wow! Been with State Farm for 30 years and have had 3 agents. Jennifer Tinsley and her office are INCREDIBLE! We recently switched from our local hometown agent that retired. The new agent was understaffed, skilled, “sales’y” and impatient. In checking out reviews Jennifer’s office had 284 reviews and 5 stars. We’ve moved our info over and were shocked that her office called for an annual insurance review. In the review, Jennifer was friendly, informative and walked through options vs. selling. We were SHOCKED when she found we could save 28% on our homeowners insurance with our new roof AND called our contractor then and there to verify.
