"After leaving this review, the situation escalated in a very concerning way. The agent who owns this State Farm office contacted a separate State Farm office where my girlfriend works and implied that her job could be affected if I did not remove my one-star review. This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Attempting to pressure someone into removing a review by involving a third party’s employment is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about ethics and business practices. On top of that, I still have not heard back from the appropriate office regarding how they plan to resolve the issue on my account. A life insurance policy was opened under my name, and instead of receiving answers or a resolution, I am now dealing with retaliation and a lack of communication. What started as a poor customer service experience has now turned into something much more serious. Instead of addressing the issue, this office chose to escalate it in a way that feels retaliatory and intimidating. I am documenting this publicly because this type of behavior should not be ignored. Customers should be able to share their experiences and get answers without fear of retaliation."

As mentioned before, you are not a client of this agency, there is no life policy in your name, and I do not employ this person. You are the client of a different agent and your partner works for that agency. If you need further clarification, please speak to your agent."

"I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at State Farm, specifically with this office. I called because my dad noticed a life insurance policy had been opened under my name on our account, and I wanted clarification since this office was listed on the policy. Before I could even fully explain the situation, Cara repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t listen, didn’t let me speak, and her tone made it very clear that she had no interest in actually helping me. Customer service should at the very least involve listening to the customer, but that clearly is not the standard here. Her attitude was dismissive, condescending, and honestly shocking. I have dealt with a lot of companies, and I have never been spoken to the way I was during this call. This situation was already concerning, and instead of helping resolve it, Kara made it worse. If this is how this office handles serious account questions, especially something as important as life insurance, that is a huge problem. I would strongly caution anyone from working with this office. Based on my experience, professionalism and basic respect are completely lacking."

"I met with Jennifer to go over my car and homeowners insurance. She explained what my coverage would be and answered all my questions. I never felt pushed into getting coverage I didn't feel I needed. Her staff is wonderful, especially Madison and Jared. Her Office helped me get through all the gap insurance paperwork when my son's car was totaled. I have total confidence in Jennifer and her staff and State Farm. I'll stay put."

"Switched to Statefarm last week. Jennifer was a neighbor of ours for a few years prior to opening her Statefarm agency. Travis was our agent, the entire process was great. Also, nothing beats a face to face conversation when you want one. Why did I switch? I was a loyal USAA for over 35 years. Things have changed dramatically. BL - between hitting a pothole in one incident and getting a scratch on a car while IN MY GARAGE, I was paying over $840 per month! Apparently I should have swerved from hitting a pothole which we are all told to not swerve when potentially hitting an animal. These 2 incidents get reported to a data base that all insurers can access. Therefore, my driving record was ruined. How did I learn this? I was at AAA, getting a temp overseas license and they offered a quote. It was high because they saw those 2 incidents. Thats when I knew I had to wait the 3 years until the scratch on the car dropped off. I should never have called in that incident, lesson learned. Oh yeah, my "Accident Forgiveness" was triggered by the pothole event. I dropped USAA like a bad habit at my first opportunity!"
